About FindMyDump

FindMyDump helps people find where to take trash, bulky items, mattresses, tires and appliances — and what it will cost — without digging through dozens of government websites.

Where our data comes from

Every listing is copied from an official source: a city or county sanitation department page, a solid-waste authority, or the landfill operator's own website or published rate sheet. We link that source on every listing and show the date we last checked it.

If an official page doesn't give a detail (for example, a fee), we write “check with facility” rather than guessing.

Independence

We are not affiliated with any city, county or waste company. The site may show ads and referral links to junk-removal or dumpster-rental services; these never change the facility information we publish.

Coverage

We currently cover 35 of the largest US cities and are adding more.
